What a saved report includes
A saved report costs $9.99 USD once and keeps the completed free scan findings available online for 30 days after confirmed payment. It does not add pages or findings, run a deeper scan, monitor your site, or renew automatically. You can download the free findings without purchasing.
Find your report
Open My saved reports in the browser where you started checkout, or use your private report link on another device. Anyone with that link can access the report. Keep it private. A payment email alone does not unlock a report.
Payment still processing?
Use Check payment again on your report page. A return from Stripe alone does not confirm payment. If payment is processing, wait for confirmation before paying again. A declined or cancelled checkout does not grant paid access.
Refund requests
If your paid report is unavailable, you were charged twice, or the saved report does not match the offer, email us within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. Include the order ID shown on your report page and the payment date. If you lost the order ID, include the email used at Stripe checkout and the approximate payment time so the purchase can be located. Do not send card details or your private report link.
Requests are reviewed manually. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Full refunds end online report access. Report access may be paused during a payment dispute. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
Recognize a charge
Card statements may include 226BEATS and PAGEENHANCE. Stripe handles checkout and card information; PageEnhance does not store your card number.
